Pay My Utility Bill

The city of Pinckneyville offers utility services including natural gas, water, and wastewater services to it's residents.

To pay your monthly bill, you may remit your stub and payment to the city clerk's office at 104 South Walnut Street, Pinckneyville, IL, Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30 - 4:00, excluding posted holidays.  There are two drop boxes on site (walk up and drive through) for your convenience if you need to pay after hours (no cash in the drop boxes please).  Please make payment to City of Pinckneyville and include your account number on your check.

Another alternative is to pay online using the Payment Service Network (PSN).  Please be aware that effective March 26, 2024, PSN is removing the ability for customers to download the Payment Service Network (PSN) mobile app. Customers who already have the app downloaded can continue to use it, but PSN will no longer support new downloads.

If you prefer not to worry about your monthly payment, you can enroll in our ACH Debit program to pay your utility bills on time every month.  Visit City Hall for an application and details.
