What are the curfew laws in Pinckneyville?

An Illinois Driver's License expires at curfew for those 16 years of age who are licensed drivers. It is unlawful for a person less than 17 years of age to be at any public place unless accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian or other responsible companion who is at least 18 years of age and is approved by a parent or guardian after the following hours. Friday and Saturday nights between the hours of 12:01 am and 6:00 am Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am.

When is Trick or Treat?

Trick or Treat this year will be on October 31, from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. for children ages 13 and under. Please be considerate, and go only to house that have their porch lights on. On Friday, October 27, 2000 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Pinckneyville Chamber of Commerce will hold their Third Annual Business Trick or Treat. Businesses will set up tables on S.
