The Pinckneyville Police Department is a full-service, community minded agency providing twenty-four hour law enforcement services to its citizens. The department utilizes federal grants, such as the Cops Fast grant, to better serve our community. Pinckneyville Police is proud of its accomplishments in suppressing the influence of gangs and drugs through its active participation in the Perry County Task Force and the F.B.I. Violent Crimes Initiative Task Force. Our mission is to protect life and property, maintain public order, enforce laws and identify and address community problems that impact public safety. The Pinckneyville Police Department is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to protect the quality of life in Pinckneyville.
